Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for using PrintDesk3D. By using the app you accept them.

Who provides the service

PrintDesk3D is provided by Ireneusz Dahle. Contact: kontakt@printdesk3d.com.

What the service is

PrintDesk3D is a set of tools for 3D printing: cost, filament and electricity calculators, an STL analyzer, a materials database, inventory, jobs, quotes, a print queue and products. It works in your browser and offline. An optional free account backs up your data to the cloud and syncs it across devices. The service is currently free of charge.

Technical requirements

You need a modern web browser. An internet connection is required only for account sign-in and cloud sync; the rest works offline.

Your account

Creating an account is optional. Provide a valid e-mail and keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service. You are responsible for the data you enter, including any personal data about your own customers — you must have a lawful basis to store it.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. Calculations, prices, quotes and weight/time estimates are indicative and for guidance only — you make business decisions on your own responsibility. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have by law.

Complaints

Report any issue to kontakt@printdesk3d.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days.

Changes & termination

We may change these terms or the service, informing you of significant changes. You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms or the law.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers in the EU, the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is available for out-of-court dispute resolution. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
